Farm to Feast
We are two chefs living on 2.5 acres in Upstate New York, slowly building the life we’ve always dreamed of — growing food, raising animals, experimenting with new ideas, and cooking in a way that feels connected to the earth again. Our love of food is what brought us together and the deeper we dive into cooking, the more we discover how much joy lives in slow processes, old techniques, and ingredients grown right here in our community.
From local vegetables and fruits, to consciously sourced meats, to foraged herbs and wild things — we believe food tastes better (and does better for our bodies) when we know where it comes from. We love exploring flavors and traditions from cultures all over the world — and then letting that inspiration move through us, using the ingredients that are native and seasonal right here.
Our entire business — and everything we make — is rooted in curiosity, connection, flavor, and respect for the land. Whether we’re fermenting vinegar, baking bread, simmering bone broth, blending herbs, or preserving our garden harvests — we want to share a little of that spark and that wonder with you.
